How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $6.95 applies.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Return shipping is free for all domestic exchanges.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored look.
Which payment methods do you accept?
AlphaRex accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options via Klarna and Afterpay.
How can I track my order?
